MERACH Trainer does work.
It appears to be helping strengthen my back. I also used it for my arms. It loosens tension in your shoulders. The best way to use the item is to turn the black side of the Happy Life Restart towards the inner thigh. Do not turn toward the knees because it will hurt.

It works as shown. I use it for my arms improvising. I feel and see definition arms and legs. heart rare music is a must for me. I had problem with curve part but I moved it until I found with a grip.

It’s just OK
This product is of decent quality, and I like the compact size; it doesn’t take up a lot of room in my gym, and it is easy to use. I have been using this for over 30 days, and I have noticed a slight difference in my inner thighs, which is good. As far as working this into my routine, I don’t see compelling results that will warrant everyday use.
