There are other use cases.If you don’t know what Kegel exercises are, I cannot recommend strongly enough that you look them up before buying these. I could imagine some people would think its for the kind of exercises you would do at the gym. And it’s usually recommended that you consult a physician before starting such a program.This set comes in a nice discrete package. The pieces are apparently made of food-grade silicone, so it should be safe to use internally. There’s a nice selection of different weights allowing the user to progress smoothly from less weight to more. Each piece feels well made, with no rough edges that could chafe or even injure.Finally, they’re temperature resistant so you can easily and safely sanitize them in boiling water.For $29.99 CAD at the time of writing, it’s a great option for people needing to start a Kegel exercise program. It’s significantly less expensive than other comparable sets available on Amazon and as such represents an excellent value.
