It fits well and stays in place when wrapped properly. I found that I needed to cover the edge of the wrap just a little when wrapping it around my waist. I started at the bottom, and went up from there to just underneath my bra’s band. Although it doesn’t come with instructions, I was able to see how to wrap it on YouTube.I can comfortably wear it standing, sitting, or lying down. (I would’t recommend wearing it while lying down or sleeping; I just wanted to test it while lying down to see if it would still be comfortable.)I am very pleased with my purchase, and I think it’s worth every penny.

I’m a mom of two, and after my last pregnancy I needed something to help me gradually start working on my core again. I was looking for something comfortable, adjustable, and not too rigid since I spend a lot of time carrying my baby and staying active with my older child.I bought this wrap urgently and was pleasantly surprised. The material is firm yet flexible, allowing you to adjust the compression level depending on your needs. I like that it’s long because I can wrap it multiple times and customize the support. I wear it looser at home and tighten it a bit more when I go out or take walks.It also helped with posture. As a mom of two, I’m constantly bending, lifting, and moving, and this wrap provides light back support that really makes a difference. It’s not uncomfortable and doesn’t restrict movement, which was very important to me.Another plus is that it’s not very noticeable under clothes. I’ve worn it with workout clothes, loose shirts, and everyday outfits without issues. Alright folks, this goofy band is awesome!! I am 5:6 175 and carry all of my weight in my stomach! When I first opened it I thought no way am I wearing this ridiculously long band!! Then, I thought what the heck and started wrapping it around me. I started right at my pubic bone and headed north, ending about 3 inches below my breast line. Then, I took both hands and ran them down my body and almost fell over!!! My stomach was flat!!!! All of my weight is in my stomach and I hate it! My son is getting married in a month so I didn’t have time for 10 million sit-ups before then so needed a waist sucker inner. I ordered every kind, brand, zip ones, hook ones, pull up ones and hated them all. I had almost given up when I tried this band! I am not kidding you, my torso was flat! was flat and I didn’t have it sinched super tight because I was by myself and need my husband to give it the final tug. I just can’t believe how easy and great this thing is! Those other contraptions were almost the death of me trying to get them on, pull up, peal down, zip, get over my head and breathe at the same time! This band lets me do all the above! Plus, it is more than half the cost of the other ones I have tried! It wraps in all the back/side fat that bulges out with some shapers. It did not roll down or up! Plus, I get to wear my own bra and undies, and going potty won’t be an issue as it is with some other shapers. I am going to retry on some of the dress’s I have laying here waiting for a return with this belt on, and I am guessing I will now find a keeper in all of these goofy dresses I have ordered and planned on sending back! Highly, highly, recommend this band!!! Thanks for showing me my waist again! 🙂

It’s better to put one side of the strap into the loop, then wrap it around you as you pull it to secure the fit. It’s a great product. I would refer this product to my friends as well as my family. Very simple to put on.

it’s okay, hard to put on if you have a long torso, more hassle than not and rolls down, wish i could return but already took off tags

Useful, maybe buy two for full wrap.
This is a great product. I almost wish it was longer. You can get a really good cinch with this and it helps alot with your lower stomach. Important to take breaks as this type of rap is hard on the spine but all in all, great product.
