    Very basic
    The inspirational quotes are repeated constantly. There isn’t much of them. The format is very simple on how was your day or to write what you are grateful for everyday. It doesn’t motivate me at all. I gave to someone else who might benefit from it. I don’t think the price was worth it. The information could of just been taken off the internet and printed.
