The importance of a good biotin supplement
There are a number of 10000 mcg biotin products on the market. One of telling attributes are how fast it gets into you system and it’s bioavaiibility.. Needed improvments were noticed within 1 hour and were sustained throughout the day.I experienced a toxic exposure causing g MCS. As one of the results l do not process B vitamins well. I take P5P as I do not convert b6. For one. Boitin is necessary to utilize other B vitamins. Most complex formula skimp on biotin because it is a more expensive ingredient. Without biotin the rest of B’s cannot deploy. Worth taking a good biotin to utilize all the others effectively. Thank you Nuttricost

Great product. I am a pharmacist so I evaluate supplements carefully before purchasing. Pure is a company I like and trust. As a disclaimer, I am fairly sensitive to biotin, meaning I usually notice a difference quite soon after taking. My hairdresser commented on all my new hair growth 4 weeks after starting this product. Also, in comparison to Nutrafol, buy this instead. It works better and does not have any unnecessary vitamins/minerals your body cannot excrete.

in general biotin is a great supplement, for nails hair and skin, it does take time for a vitamin to be effective, will not work in next day or next week, but also depends on your body, I prefer to the 12.000 mcg but this one is particular have a faster release, this gives my hair a bit more alive looking side, you have to be consistent if you are taking it, I stopped taking it for a few months and my hair thinned a bit

This product doesnt prevent hair from falling out like Natures Own “hair skin & nails” which i had been using for 2 yrs. But boy it does GROW hair. Too bad it cant prevent hair from falling out, but if i had to pick, i’d take this one, partly because it’s far cheaper too.
