A good all around vitamin
I like these vitamins . I think the gummies may be more deficient with absorption. For an average vitamin off the shelf I like these vitamins gummies . I just bought another bottle for this year . And I will keep using them over the hard pills that I was taking for years . The taste is mild and pleasant . And who couldn’t use a bit of a boost especially with some vit. C . I take it in the morning with a glass of milk and or coffee . And they are easily bitten in half if you prefer to take one at night and one in the morning . They are exceptionally easy to use at anytime even on the go .

Buying my 3rd bottle now. These vitamins work well for me. I’m mid 40s, but why not start a little earlier? Lol They don’t bother my stomach if I remember to eat a little something when I take it. But I have gotten a little queasy if I forget and haven’t eaten in many hours…. although I tend to have a sensitive stomach. Probably fine for most people.
