1. Connect the charging cable of the massager
2. Plug the USB into a computer or a USB adapter (DC 5V 1.5A).
3. The indicator light will flash slowly when the massager is charging, the indicator light will off once the massager is fully charged.
*It takes about 1.5~2 hours to fully charge. Charge the product as needed.

Stops mastitis before it starts
I’m a first time mom, and I exclusively pump. In the first month of pumping, I got mastitis twice, once in each breast. It was so painful, I got a fever and chills, and I needed antibiotics to get rid of it. My right breast’s production still hasn’t fully recovered. And then we got this massager.If you struggle with clogged ducts, GET THIS MASSAGER. I have not had mastitis in the two months since–and I’ve had a few tender clogged ducts pop up that I knew would turn into mastitis if they went unchecked, but this massager helped me massage them out. It is so easy to put under my bra strap to stay in place while pumping. It’s made of a great soft rubbery material that helps it stay in place as well.I wish the battery lasted longer; it lasts for about 3 pump sessions. But it’s super easy to charge–the charger is magnetic and pops on with no issue. And it might last longer, but I use all of its functions – the vibration, heat, and massage all together.I didn’t want to pay $40 for a breast massager. It is some of the best $40 I’ve spent. If you’re a breastfeeding or pumping mom and you’re thinking about it, get it. Add it to your registry. It’s worth it.

Immediate relief!! Unclogged duct!
Incredible. I wish I had this before I brought my baby home. 5 days postpartum and my milk came in fast and furious on day 2. I had a clogged duct ever since. Tried manual expressions with ice, nothing worked. So painful and uncomfortable. Panic bought this massager in the middle of the night, I recommend it to everyone. It got my duct unclogged in 2 sessions. Immense relief for me. Doesn’t hold a charge well like what others have said, but I charge it after each use to ensure it’s ready. Absolutely worth it. Will be buying one for each of my postpartum friends. 100% a lifesaver.

It’s good
I love that it massages, vibrates and has a heating option, it has good battery life but find myself charging it after each use which I use for 20 minutes while pumping. I’m a little upset that it doesn’t heat where the massager is and when I use the massager it is very loud, thankfully my daughter is a heavy sleeper. The heating option on the third level does get very hot quickly. When I over slept and hadn’t pumped in 4 hours it did help clear up the pain in my breasts. Overall I’m happy with the purchase

Great Device and preventing pain for wife.
my wife has suffered from mastitis in our previous pregnancies and with some difficulty breast-feeding this time around, we bought this device and it really came in handy, where the massaging feature really broke down. The knots of old milk had hard enough in her breast and the heat sensor really does a good job of applying Heat in areas that you’re looking to help breakdown overall this device extremely satisfied surpassed our expectations great quality though I feel the price point would be better at $20.00 but it could be that I’m cheap. The build quality feels and look good medical grade. Battery held up nicely. Would recommend to any nursing mother with issues with breastfeeding.

Charger Could be Better
So far the product does what it says it does – it vibrates, warms, and massages clogged ducts – it helps provide relief and encourages flow. Now – the reason for 3 stars – the charging mechanism/actual charger itself is atrocious. Like seriously the worst. It’s “magnetized” but hardly. Since it doesn’t come charged (which I found super annoying – especially for a momma seeking relief) you have to fully charge it before use. Well. This takes 1 1/2 hours to do. So if you’re like me you’re stuck pumping (I’m an exclusive pumper) and trying to massage out what you can (I.e. where you were before this product). But the real annoying part is that the charging mechanism FALLS OUT/COMES OFF!!!! So unless you are super careful – like almost surgically careful – if you put the charger in then place it let’s say on a hard surface to charge like a nightstand THE CHARGER FALLS OUT WHEN YOU PUT IT DOWN. I only noticed when I went back after pumping and saw it had fallen out. It’s annoying because it means more time to charge/longer time for relief. Also the buttons are annoying and a bit finicky but my real reason for the 3 stars is the charger and charging mechanism. They obviously only wanted you to use their charger so they made it as unique as possible. Which the idea itself is fine (the world totally needs more chargers/random stuff to lose around a house full of kids/pets and what not /s) it’s just the design is terrible and annoying. Honestly just use a usb-c charger with a silicon cover and be done with it.

Would be 5⭐️ if Charger actually was in box
I got this at my baby shower and haven’t needed it until yesterday, when I got mastitis and really needed someway to help my newborn get all my milk out every feed. So I eagerly grabbed the box opened it up, and stuck it onto the deep red skin on my breast it worked so well on emptying my ducts and heating up. I was so thankful it had a charge when out of box…well fast forward about 2 feeds later and it died, no biggie go to box to get charger..and there was NO CHARGER AND ITS NOT one I can find anywhere in my pile of cords so here I am with a tool that helped my mastitis for about 7hrs only to have no way to continue 😭😭 hoping I can exchange the product asap but 1 day of waiting for something that helped me so much is absolutely detrimental in the beginning days of a breast infection. I recommend checking your box BEFORE you desperately need to use this. 😢
