I’ve been using this Kegel Exerciser for a few weeks now and I’m honestly impressed with the quality and comfort. It’s easy to use, lightweight, and the different resistance levels make it great for beginners and more advanced users. The material feels soft and body-safe, and the design is discreet and comfortable during workouts. I’ve noticed better pelvic floor strength and control already. I’m giving this 3 stars. Just because this is a pretty scary devise. I feel like theres no way this thing can be healthy for a females vagina. I first tested it in my hand and felt a shocking electrical sensation that I did not like. It made my entire hand and arm go numb instantly. I spent a lot of money on it so I still had to at least give it a try. It says to insert then turn on. Too bad I’m a pretty big girl and can’t see what I’m doing once inserted. So I said no I’m just gonna turn it on then I’ll insert. Horrible! Bad! Rotten! Idea it shocked me to my core. I’ve never in my life! So i inserted it and just pretty much guessed what I’m doing.. once in, it was ok still didn’t feel that great, but not terrible. I kept it in for about 15 minutes and later that night felt horrible. My body felt like a magnet and like there was an electrical current running thru my entire body with chest pains as well. I was convinced I was taking this thing back asap… But the next day I felt fine and had sex and to my surprise it really did work it felt so much tighter and sex was so much better. So I decided to keep it but I’m only doing maybe 5 min every once a week.

Very effective for the postpartum period.
After having my two children, I felt that my pelvic floor needed strengthening. I’ve been using it for 20 minutes a day for several weeks now, and I can already notice the improvement.My biggest concern was comfort, but honestly, it feels fine and isn’t bothersome—something very important for such a sensitive area. Plus, the battery lasts forever; I don’t have to keep recharging it constantly. I decided to write this review because sometimes, due to a lack of information, we aren’t aware of these products that can help us so much. Highly recommended!

This Kegel exerciser is easy to use and very comfortable. The different vibration modes make the exercises more effective, and the quality seems excellent for the price. I like that it is rechargeable and discreet. It definitely helped me strengthen my pelvic muscles—I am still using it, but I can already feel the difference.
