The resistance on these bands are great I have yet to master the resistance what I try to use it as much as possible so I can get used to the bands. I’m new to this working out scenario and looking forward to continue use. Very comfortable in my hands easy to use the quality is very durable size is perfect and the versatility of the whole thing was great.

I really liked this product, however I have been using it daily and it broke. The material is not durable for everyday use. But overall it works and it has been great while it lasted.
