Great for pregnant women who are also sick and jolts of throwing up/coughing help with leakage
Definitely purchase if you’re pregnant and coughing or have morning sickness. I used these through my 4th pregnancy for both reasons and they definitely help with leakage or gushes. I usually use the size 7 which is my favorite for full coverage. The 5s are good for while you’re not asleep. If you wake up in the middle of the night either coughing or can’t make it to the bathroom , buy the 7s!

Just perfect for incontinence caused by illness
This is one of those items you wish you never need. But when an illness causes normal function not to be normal, these saved the day. I had 2 weeks of high fever that messed up all my systems. These came in handy.

Thin but effective
I’ve been using 2 and 4 that I’ve purchased in the past. Both of those sizes have suffered from shrinkflation. . I have to say these are the same size and thickness as the 4. I expected them to be a step up. As for leak protection, I can’t say. They may be making them thinner and more effective. What I do like about the discreet products is that they trap moisture in the pad so you don’t feel wet. Fortunately I don’t need them for streams but if you do, I’d get their highest protection, which can be more costly.EDIT—After using them, I realized they are very effective, as I suspected. They are similar to the 4, however I found that the slight difference is more absorbent. Sorry discreet, I hope I’m in your good graces again. It’s always been my go to pad. I’d buy again.

This product is very thick, and longer than even extra long Always pads. I would not recommend it for anyone who has light leakage. Designed for heavy leakage
