Great Quality and Versatile
Works perfectly and tones the whole body! Great quality for the value. Easy to fold up and store. Very sturdy handles for feet. Both my husband and I have used it! Also wonderful for stretching. This is a comfortable and versatile piece of equipment. Highly recommend!

What a great workout! Not super strenuous but you can definitely feel it working! The bands are super resistant, but it’s great for a starter workout! The pedals are comfortable and the grip doesn’t slip out of your hands

I have been using this for a couple of days now- I can honestly say that I do feel sore- so I’m hoping it is working! It is a little cheesy- and makes a squeaking sound every time I use it- but for the price. it’s a good deal.

Easy to Use and Comfortable
These resistance bands are a nice addition to home workouts, making exercising at home much more convenient. The resistance level isn’t extremely strong, but you can still definitely feel the workout and get good use out of them for lighter strength training and toning exercises.The handles and foot loops are a bit smaller than expected, but the padding is comfortable and helps make them easier to use during longer workouts. Overall, they feel comfortable in use and get the job done well for basic home fitness routines.If you’re looking for moderate resistance bands that are easy to use and comfortable, these are a solid option.

Great for beginners!
I waited 2 months before reviewing so I could get a solid feel on if this was worth it, since it became very popular online. My overall impression is yes, get this! I have used it a minimum of 5 days a week for over 8 weeks now and it has not broke or become too stretched out. It was a great way to begin floor exercises. If used correctly and holding your core tight, you will feel the burn the following day. If you are new to working out or just need something to help you stretch, this is a great tool to start with!

I most definitely recommend this product, it’s a great workout equipment. I already have my stomach feeling a bit tight. It’s very sturdy and portable for work office, home, gym, ECT. It’s very stretchy and elastic for use.

I was quite surprised by the type of workout that you could get on this little piece of equipment. It helps to firm up your muscles in your arms forearms and hands as well as allows you to strengthen other core muscles.

Really cheap feeling and possibly dangerous?
So, maybe I should not be surprised because the price WAS pretty low, but this was not what I was expecting in terms of quality at all. It feels REALLY cheap. The foam is quite light and insubstantial feeling, almost like those awful white foam spacers you get in boxes. It hasn’t peeled apart yet, but it does easily take damage and show wear/pitting from gripping it. The foot loops also slide about and feel pretty much on par with a child’s beach pail handle. Even the resistance band part of it feels flimsy – and I’m almost afraid to put any sort of real tension on it because there’s this odd knobby thing that’s covered by a lip of rubber (what I’m assuming is the end of a large band they just looped through several times and then glued together to tie it off) that’s dead-smack in the middle of one of them that doesn’t seem secure at all. I’m afraid it’s going to let loose and send a rubber band with a hell of a lot of tension behind it flying. Might end up returning it, but I did briefly try it out so it’s been lightly used. I will also say that this is way better suited for a short person. I’m only 5’4″ and I could barely get the handle pulled up to armpit level while standing in it. Granted, I wasn’t going to risk having it snap…but I definitely pulled it taught. I can absolutely see something of this ilk being beneficial for a workout, however, this one is probably not it. Not unless you are the shape and size of a child.
