It works very well but makes your stools smell bad like ammonia ( foul)
It tastes really good. I bought the 2PK because a comment I read said that the single bottle comes dry and crusty, he said to buy the 2PK because it would come soft and moist. So I bought the 2PK, and it came soft and moist. The first time I tried it at 7PM it made me sleepy within an hour. (I was very tired that day). It works really well. But it made my stools smell bad like, ammonia . I’ve stopped taking this and my stools doesn’t smell like that anymore.

I have been taking these dummies twice daily for about 3 weeks. Defintely see a difference in my mood. I don’t feel as if I am stressing out and over reacting to things that are out of my control as much. As far as sleep goes, I think I am sleeping better, but its still to be determined.

these honestly were a lifesaver. I could definitely tell the difference. I had to take them at night because they made me sleepy in the morning. But for people wanting to use a natural product versus medication this really is great. I still take them periodically, but unfortunately, I am too crazy that I needed SSRIs lol they taste great imo!

Now, normally anything classed as ‘supplement’ I treat with the utmost suspicion. The whole health food industry is rife with snake-oil.This does however offer me some benefits. Stress and anxiety can play havoc with my sleep patterns and this does seem to help in getting over and staying over.I don’t take it regularly, just when I feel the need, so yeah – it works for me and may work for you. Just don’t expect miracles!
